About ServTrax™

ServTrax™ Incorporated was founded in 2001 by a group of former reseller representatives and executives in an effort to simplify and improve the management of assets and associated contracts. Working closely with our customers, we created a robust web based asset management solution to replace their existing management system, typically comprised of a series of spreadsheets. The resulting ServTrax™ application allowed our partners and their customers, to work more efficiently within both their internal and external business communities.

Early versions of ServTrax™ managed a handful of customers, focusing primarily on the association and management of service agreements and their related hardware assets. With each new version we have incorporated more features and tools into the application. ServTrax™ has become a comprehensive logistical asset management solution. ServTrax™ has experienced significant growth, establishing a national footprint of business partners through which we manage assets for more than 1000 clients nationwide.

ServTrax™ has a reputation for innovation. We look forward to continuing to adapt and expand our solution and providing our partners with an ever increasing value and level of service. The ServTrax™ development staff is continually exploring new ideas in an effort to further our goal of streamlining existing management processes. We are currently making large strides in improving connectivity between our reseller partners, their customer base, and the distribution channel.
